Vegan Peanut Butter-Banana Ice Cream {or milk shake} w only 3g fat

What goes together better than peanut butter and banana? Nothing, that’s what. Since we are McDougalling (read about that here) we obviously can’t eat regular peanut butter, so we had to improvise and we are using PBFit (which is heavenly and nearly fat free).  Earlier we told you we thought we might have won the internet recipe world for the day, and this is the one we’re sure you will feel the same about.



1/2 banana

2 tbsp PBFit

1/3 cup Rice Dream Rice Milk


We froze the banana until firm, and also we froze the rice milk until slushy (that took about an hour, but you can do that after if you desire, or not at all)

I blitzed this in the ninja and it came out like a milkshake! If you’d like it as a scoopable ice cream, just place it in a container and pop it in the freezer for half an hour or so.  You won’t be sorry.

I am in heaven! It’s been 5 long days since I even tasted real peanut butter, milk, milkshakes, or ice cream. If you’re McDougalling along with us and you find yourself craving something creamy and frozen, THIS is the recipe for you!
