Day 6 Part 2 {A McDougalling We Will Go}

There was a death in our family, therefore I didn’t cook dinner.  Instead, I came home sliced up a salad and used an oil free, fat free, carb free, salad dressing on it for Homme, for myself I ate 1 piece of Dave’s Killer Bread slathered with 1 tbsp reconstituted PBFit Chocolate and 1 banana sliced onto the top.

Homme is down 10 pounds, I (Femme) am down 2.4 pounds.

I am too exhausted by the day’s events to really write much more, so off I go until tomorrow!
