Day 16 {A McDougalling We Will Go: Menu Update}

Originally I planned to make soup beans and “not fried” potatoes for dinner for my family, then a better idea struck me!  Whole grain pastas are an approved part of the McDougall Plan, my family LOVES Italian food (my mom’s step mother and grandparents were straight Italian), I have the know how for making homemade marinara sauce…..so I went for it!

Check out my version of Mama Michelina’s Marinara (coming in just a few moments)! Totally oil/fat free and 100% vegan!
