Peanut Butter Banana “Pudding” Oats

We’ve been killing it losing weight! I (Femme) have lost over 30 pounds now and am feeling fantastic! I’ve always loved banana pudding and sweets have ALWAYS been my weakness so it’s no suprise that I’ve hacked a recipe to give me that flavor with none of the “bad-for-you” stuff!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2tbsp PB Fit or Chocolate PBFit
  • 1/2c Rice Dream Rice Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

In a small dish layer oats, banana, and pbfit.  In a separate large measuring cup mix the rice dream milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon.   Pour the milk mixture over the oat layers and leave to sit all day or overnight! We love this as a make ahead dessert or breakfast, it’s one of our favorites!


 

This has become my go-to dessert, my favorite sweet thing to eat, and my comfort food of choice! Enjoy!
